No. We have clear billing policy. All costs are stipulated upfront in the quote prior to the move.

Yes, we offer free no obligation quote after consult or site inspection.

We take Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net-Banking and Bank Transfer.

Believe it or not, we do need a small booking deposit. The balance is due then or after the move, by mutual agreement.

Packing and Handling

Our packing materials include bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, foam sheets, stretch films, and water proof covers.

We do full packing at out company. But you can indeed pack your personal or even sensitive stuff on your own instead, If you want to.

What special packing materials do you use you will receive special boxes for things like glassware, china and antiques, plus other things like electronics and art.

Yes, you are welcome to pack personal effects or small items yourself. Please inform our staff in advance for better arrangement.

Transport and Logistics

We offer different vehicles depending on what you need capacity wise – from mini trucks to large can containerized vans – All our vehicles are GPS enabled.

All shipments are professionally packed, fully insured and can be tracked online.

Delays are unusual, but we do advise customers of their status. Weather, traffic, roadblocks are communicated as it is.

Yes. We provide delivery within cities, same-day and express, subject to availability and urgency.

Specialized Services

Yes. We provide safe and reliable car and bike transportation in all over India via open and closed carriers.

Yes. Our storage units are secure, pest controlled and our facilities are monitored wit 24 hour CCTV.

Absolutely. We also provide business moves teaching transporting furniture to servers, files, and electronics.

Unpacking not required, can be included on request. We also assist in moving furniture if needed.

At present, we are not processing live animals or plants weight The cargo has to be first sorted out, repacked, and finally arranged before getting loaded.

Safety, Claims & Feedback

We will package your order to the best of ou ability but damages may occur in transit ✿ I cannot be held responsible for that but claims can be made under your insurance with proper documentation.

Yes, all of our employees are trained and screened for your safety.
